Everyday Athlete offers Fitness & Strength Training in Maroubra. Our main training base is Fitness First Maroubra; offering world-class facilities and boasting the widest range of equipment in the area. Everyday Athlete also provides services at local parks in the surrounding suburbs. We specialise in personal training, squad training, bootcamps and sports specific strength & conditioning. Our training philosophy? Keep it simple, and make training enjoyable and fun.

Squad Training and Bootcamp

Want to feel like you’re part of a team? Squad training and bootcamp sessions are a mix of high intensity circuits, traditional strength training and boxing. Get up to 3 sessions for only $55 per week.

Training and Programming Consultations

Are you self-motivated but in need of structure or guidance? We can put together a personalised training program just for you. With detailed and practical instructions, you’ll know exactly what to do, every time you train.

General Population Specialist

Our Everyday Athletes range, 14 years and up, caters for all fitness levels and backgrounds. We pride ourselves on specialising on the Everyday Athlete that is looking to either improve or maintain their fitness, strength or health.

Affordable Training

It’s our aim to bring you great quality training sessions at an affordable rate; that’s why we offer group sessions from as low as $15 and personal training for just $50.

Cam's Experience and Qualifications

My fitness background is sport – playing any type has always been my passion. After 10 years in the corporate world, this passion led me to study fitness in 2009, where I began my career as an apprentice trainer in 2010 under industry veteran and senior trainer, David Daniel. My number one priority is providing impeccable service. I pride myself on being able to connect with people from all walks of life. I believe the greatest coaches and personal trainers have life experience, are empathetic, honest and knowledgeable. One word to describe my training style would be “versatile”. All I’ve learnt, through accredited education or life experiences, I use to create unique and varied sessions to help my Everyday Athletes achieve their best.

Refereeing and active participation in a diverse range of sports such as but not limited to; sprinting and multi direction movement, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Soccer, Oztag, Water Polo, Surfing, Cricket, Racquetball and Hockey.

Tuesday: 5.45am and 6am – Squad Training
Friday: 5.45am – Boxing and HIIT
Saturday: 7am – Outdoor Bootcamp
